our story

HOA was founded in 2021 by DALEK with the aim to ensure all Trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender non conforming, gay, lesbian and trans artists are understood and respected throughout the casting and performance process. Providing both casting and production with a clear directory of each artists individual needs depending on their personal relationship with sexuality and gender.

Just like our talent we continue to push boundaries by providing our clients with the best resources on how to best care for and support LGBTQIA+ people within the commercial sectors.
