HOA was founded in 2021 by DALEK with the aim to ensure all Trans, non-binary, gender queer, gender non conforming, gay, lesbian and trans artists are understood and respected throughout the casting and performance process. Providing both casting and production with a clear directory of each artists individual needs depending on their personal relationship with sexuality and gender.
